SOLUTION: Flexible jobs
SENIOR ROLES ISSUES:

SOLUTION: This is the 21st century, everyone is aware of the opportunity and discrimination. SO, never choose anyone on this basis of gender. Everyone is equally talented.
DISPARITY IN LABOUR MARKET:
80% of working women are in low skilled jobs and paid less. Only 10% are batter paid with a good job. The market is dominated by man.
